Gallery is a work in progress...

Everyone wants to see the complete "Smile Makeover" or as we used to say, that "Hollywood Smile".  Treatment usually involves removing all old silver fillings and metal crowns and replacing with contemporary, metal free, restorative materials.  We have been providing fine cosmetic services, both full mouth and smaller segment cases, for more than 25 years.  Many of our cosmetic patients say we "changed their life".  Cases like these remind me why I got into Dentistry in the first place.   Lets take a look at some before and after photos ..........

  The first case is Jan M.  Happy about her New Look she writes: " I had not been to a dentist in quite a long time.  I was absolutely determined...to smile again. ....I kept searching online and found Dr. Tedesco site..... A typical case....she hasn't smiled in years.  No one should have to live this way.  For what ever reason, she decided the time was now and we were happy we could help. At the time of this post, we have stabilized the anterior segment with temporary crowns, bonded fillings and resin veneers and we will finish the rest soon.  I will post the final pic later.

 The next case is a traditional full mouth rehabilitation.  You will notice old chalky porcelain to metal crowns in front and in back on both sides as well as grey natural teeth.  Reshaping, resizing and replacing with contemporary metal free cosmetic materials shows very well indeed!

The next case is not a perfect smile makeover, as it is a budget case.  But for this patient's confidence, it is the difference between night and day.

The next patient is also a budget case and in quite a hurry as the big wedding is next Saturday!   We save one morning for treatment and after a couple of immediate root canals, posts & bonded resin veneers, she is ready for her photos.
